Your official plan documents, insurer records and decisions of the applicable insurer or benefits administrator remain authoritative.
You should confirm important coverage, eligibility, reimbursement or financial information with the applicable insurer, plan administrator or other authoritative source before relying on it.
Certain features may allow you to connect accounts maintained by insurers, benefits administrators or other third parties.

Third-party services may change their websites, systems, authentication requirements or terms at any time. BenefitTrack does not guarantee that any third-party connection will remain continuously available or compatible.
You retain ownership of documents, information and other content that you submit to the Service ("User Content").

Automated systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate or outdated results.
BenefitTrack may allow you to review or correct information generated through automated processing. You remain responsible for reviewing information where accuracy is important to a healthcare, insurance or financial decision.
Automated outputs provided through the Service do not constitute a binding interpretation of any benefit plan.
The Service may display information obtained from or provide links to websites, booking platforms, healthcare providers, insurers or other third-party services.
Those third parties operate independently from BenefitTrack and are responsible for their own products, services, availability, pricing, privacy practices and terms.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
BenefitTrack's failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
